Ms Liikamaa has extensive experience in Banking and IT. She has previously been a Consultant for Cap Gemini, IT Manager for Telia, owned her own company and been CIO for S-Banken. Now, as the new Director for Card Solutions, she will strengthen Crosskey’s product and service offering in Finland and be responsible for customers on the mainland.

“There is a lot going on in the card area now. The development of products and services is very interesting and includes many challenges”, Ms Liikamaa tell us.

Understands the market
Ms Liikamaa has most recently been employed as CIO for S-Banken. With a tremendous amount of experience in working with the customer side of the business, she understands the demands of the market – something that makes possible a more pro-active working method.

“Crosskey is a comparatively small company with large customers. I have a very good understanding of the needs and demands they are facing.”

Easier to manage a bank
Now Ms Liikamaa has her sights set on continuing to make it easier for both existing and new customers to manage their banking operations. Her objective is clear – Crosskey shall be “first in mind” among the Scandinavian companies that are going to start a bank or change banking system.

“In regard to card products, we can compete with whomever, whenever. And the objective is of course to continue growing in Finland too.”
