A great start for new team members
To get you up to speed as quickly as possible, we have developed an induction course that will teach you all about Crosskey – who we are, our culture and our values. You will be guided by a personal mentor. The training also covers our agile working approach and tools. Subsequent training is according to your role and assignments.
Continuous career development
Competence development is ongoing through various forms of learning and activities. At the regular development meeting, you and your manager will agree on your development needs. This could include specific courses, mentorship or other relevant activities. The goal is to align your development needs with Crosskey’s goals.
Our lab days are popular! The aim is to give you the chance to test our tools and new methods for educational purposes. The focus could be concept development, description of ideas, or developing something related to the product or technology you are working with.
Career paths: specialist or manager
We have many different services in banking, eBanking, capital markets, card & mobile payments, and IT and management. This means excellent opportunities to develop within several in-house areas. We work according to the motto “the right person in the right place”, which is why we offer two different career paths — specialist or manager. Some are driven to develop and deepen their knowledge and become experts in a partcular area, while others are passionate about coaching and helping others grow and develop. Crosskey aims to be an attractive workplace for both specialists and leaders.
Join us as a trainee
We offer trainee positions combined with the opportunity to complete a thesis as part of a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Our mentoring program ensures you get the most out of the experience. As a trainee at Crosskey, you have the chance to practice what you have studied, gaining vital knowledge and skills on which to build your career.
