Crosskey develops Marginalen Bank’s new Internet Bank
Marginalen Bank turns to Crosskey in the modernization of their digital services and launches a new Internet and Mobile Bank for individuals and businesses. The new Internet Bank provides customers access to all products in one place and they will get an overall picture of their commitment. The agreement includes Crosskey’s eBanking product, which is delivered as a service where Crosskey is responsible for everything ranging from hardware to functions used by the end customer.
Crosskey’s eBanking platform is an optimal solution for a user friendly way to manage secure communication to the end customer in digital channels, regardless of the basic banking system that is in use. With this delivery Marginalen Bank collects its self-service channel and its digital communications to the end customer in one place instead of having several different services. The project also involves a renewal of the digital channels’ look-and-feel.
Flexibility and user friendliness in focus
