Tapiola Bank extends partnership with Crosskey

The partnership between Crosskey and Tapiola Bank began during 2002. The partners have now signed a new agreement that will extend over the next five years.

The signing of the agreement means that Tapiola Bank will continue to use Crosskey’s complete product portfolio, which includes everything from the Core bank, Payments and Capital Market System to the Card System and Internet bank.

“The fact that we are extending the agreement does of course mean that we are very satisfied with Crosskey as a partner. Above all, we especially appreciate that Crosskey develops innovative banking solutions in line with our customers’ needs”, says Harri Lauslahti, Managing Director for Tapiola Bank.

Tapiola Bank is a modern bank with a number of account and card services as well as professional consultation services for loans and investments. With Internet and telephone services as well as branches around Finland, the bank is primarily orientated towards the private customer market.

Praised Internet bank
Tapiola Bank regularly receives positive responses from the users of its Internet banking service. The bank was ranked at the top of a comprehensive survey conducted by the magazine MikroPC in May 2010 regarding Finnish banks’ Internet services.

“Of course this is a feather in Crosskey’s cap – the developers of the Internet service”, says Mr Lauslahti.

“With our modern services and products I am convinced that we will continue to help Tapiola Bank manage profitable banking operations in the future as well”, says Carita Weiss, Managing Director for Crosskey.
