With a long career in tech Kristina has experienced a pace of technological change that has been remarkable. The key has been learning not to resist the development but to embrace it.

For Petra, the best thing about working in tech is that it never gets boring.

I wanted a job where I could combine my skills in analysing and finding solutions to customers’ problems and needs, while still being able to use my creativity.

Stepping into tech meant stepping outside my comfort zone, but it also opened a world of opportunity.

With a background in economics and extensive experience in Capital markets Johanna transitioned to tech to be apart of the development and evolution of systems not just users of them. As a Product Specialist at Crosskey she leveraging her industry knowledge to deliver impactful solutions.

After studies in Psychology and Information Technology Nafisah transitioned from roles in Sign Language Interpretation and Communications to becoming a Frontend Developer at Crosskey. Tech’s dynamic and innovative nature aligns with my values, and Crosskey’s nurturing environment has been pivotal in my career development.

Jenny has worked with us since 2008, starting out as a developer. Progressing through a term as an Application Manager, she now thrives as one of our Product Managers.
